Kenny Wedding

So I'm going to have to split the writing of this blog post into two different parts because there is so much to write about. First off Kelsey is my cousin. We have so many great memories growing up together. When she started dating Cody I can remember thinking how nice he is and how he meshed so well with her. Kelsey is such a nice, smart, quiet girl with great taste. She would do anything for you if it meant making you happy. I am so glad she found someone who is making her happy. Being highschool sweet hearts, Kelsey and Cody has been together for like forever (I can remember shreiking with excitement when I saw he had proposed) and I know that they are taking this commitement of marriage with full sinscerity. I am so excited for them taking this next step and I am so honored I got to be a part of it. I may have gotten choked up a couple times and my cheeks hurt from smiling so much but I kept it proffesional so I could do the absolutle best for them. It was also super fun havig so much of my family there to enjoy it with. Congrats Cody and Kelsey and I wish you all the blessings in your marriage!

Now about the wedding details:

Cody and Kelsey's wedding was a dream! They had a dream team of vendors that helped make the day flow effortlessly. There was so many fun details that I am so excited to share with you! The day started at Coles Garden with the girls completly ready to go with beutiful hair and makeup by Brushed Salon, it kept through even the extreme heat! One of my favorite things to photograph was all the stationary and paper goods from Eros Studio Stationary, it connected all four of the event places. Aisle Be With You did a fabulous job! They had set up four different spaces(Ceremony by the waterfall, Cocktail hour in the garden, Dinner in the ballroom, and Dancing on the porch) for guests to go to and they all had their own special vibe but still went together perfectly. Something I think was so unique and needs to be at more weddings is personal portraits for guests drawn by Amy Lee Illustration. I loved the portrait she made of my daughter, made my heart melt! Food is always one of the things I look foward to at a wedding and Abbey Road Catering brough their A game. They had so many hors d'oeuvres that were mouth watering! At dinner they made one of the best port wine salads Ive ever had! Following that was braised short ribs and lemon thyme chicken with garlic mashpotoes and sauted vegstables. The grand finale to top it off was some super moist cake from Amy Cakes, I had the white cake with rasberry puree filling. Ivory's. favorite parts was all the flowers(she is definetley my daughter) and of course the dancing. The musicians were so talented, they knew how to play so many different kinds of instruments. At the end of the night they paraded through sparks to a cool old school Cadilliac convertable for their exit. So look below for a few of my favorites of their day!
